Our doors are open!

Boys & Girls Clubs of Hartford offers affordable rental space for community organizations or private events at our facilities in Hartford. Rentals are available on a
one-time or extended (reoccurring) basis.

  • Samuel S. Gray, Jr. Boys & Girls Club at Asylum Hill
  • South End Boys & Girls Club
  • Southwest Boys & Girls Club
  • Boys & Girls Club at Trinity College

Ready to Rent?

Program or conference room: $200/hour

Game Room: $300/hour

Gymnasium: $500/hour


6-foot white folding tables are available for $10 per table. These multi-purpose tables can accomodate 6 seated guests or can be used for buffets or display tables.  Black table skirting is also available upon request. 


72-inch round tables are available for $15 per table. 


White plastic chairs are $2.25 each. 

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to hold your date(s). Additional cancellation fees may apply. 


Boys & Girls Clubs of Hartford may require all participants to sign a liability waiver depending on the activity taking place. Events with 100 people or more may require police detail at your expense. 


Renters are required to have insurance coverage. Please see the rental agreement for details.
